As a young teen, isolated by my strong empathy, I was motivated to learn the true nature of love.
This led me to discover a need for healing and self-awareness. I had a powerful desire to know myself better and feel connected to "something more" to life.
This desire to know myself led me to find The Modern Mystery School. There is an ancient saying within the mystery school tradition: "Know Thyself".
I have had many experiences, but did I have balance? Did I really know myself? Over the years I have learned how to plug directly into self knowledge that is truly empowering. I discovered that the kind of LOVE that I wanted required health as a foundation for spiritual awakening. Love and Spirit are deeply connected and harder to access when unhealthy.
So now I help others walk the path I have walked to being more self-aware in the paths of Health Aware, Love Aware and Spirit Aware.
Each of these paths offers wellness programs to help you reach your unique goals and inspire you.
I am also a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I am being trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
